Job Description
Primary skill: Workday Compensation Configurator (4 7 years) Pune Location Hybrid mode
- Good Workday HCM knowledge and work experience hands on configuration experience in the following Workday taxonomies: Compensation
- Strong Workday reporting knowledge hands on experience creating complex reports calculated fields report transformations
- Agile work experience is preferred
- Able to work as a team player with Customer facing skills
- Adheres process and guidelines
- Workday certification is preferred
Primary skill: Workday Talent & Performance (4 10 years) Any Hexaware location
- Proficient in Workday Talent and Performance functionality and features
- Goal set up template and business processes
- Feedback set up template and business processes
- Talent reviews
- Employee performance review set up templates and all business process configuration

- Talent and Performance- security (domains BP policies)
