The Opportunity
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist youll work closely with management HR and L&D to attract and onboard the best talent in the industry. Youll own the end-to-end hiring process across high-volume roles contribute to shaping employer branding and bring your innovative recruitment strategies to life.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience from application to onboarding
Partner with managers and department heads to fill roles efficiently and effectively
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future workforce planning
Support employer branding and diversity recruitment initiatives
Write engaging job specs and adverts
Conduct external benchmarking and present recruitment data and trends
Utilise ATS and recruitment tech to streamline processes
Collaborate with L&D to identify internal talent and succession opportunities
Who We re Looking For
Minimum 1/2 years of high-volume recruitment experience ideally in retail
Confident collaborative and curious by nature
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Experienced with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Comfortable driving TA strategy across a large organisation
Passionate about diversity equity and inclusion in hiring
