Workday Functional
Job description:
- 3 years relevant experience with Workday modules(Core HCM Absence and time tracking Compensation Recruiting Attendance Onboarding etc. )
- Experience with issue tracking ticketing systems source control and revision systems.
- Ability to understand and work with large complex systems.
- Experience writing test cases for new and existing code to ensure compatibility and stability.
- Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about knowledge sharing
- Ability to provide detailed information as well as summaries to peers and supervisors
- A background in Workday Functional certification is highly desirable along with a deep understanding of Workdays Absence module
- Demonstrated expertise in Workday including comprehensive knowledge of its HCM
Primary skill: Workday Extend (4 14 years) Any Hexaware location
- Over 5 years of experience with Workday Integrations.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing applications using Workday Extend (formerly Workday Cloud Platform).
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM Financials or related Workday modules.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based applications.
- Deep understanding of Workdays APIs data models and security protocols.
- Experience with web services REST and SOAP APIs.
- Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript XSLT or Workday-specific languages like Workday Studio and EIBs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
