Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure the quality of teaching and operational efficiency of the campus.
- Contribute to designing and implementing curriculum strategies aligned with educational standards and institutional goals.
- Support and empower educators and staff encouraging ongoing professional robust connections with parents and the school community.
- Efficiently handle daily school affairs to maintain operational excellence.
- Uphold a culture of teamwork integral to our success as a through-train institution from kindergarten to secondary levels.
Qualifications :
- At least a Bachelors Degree or relevant qualification in the Field of Early Childhood Education.
- Local Registration as a Kindergarten Teacher CCS CCW.
- Preferably 3 years or more of school management experience.
- Exhibit strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Showcase decisive leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team towards achieving school objectives
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.

Able to master new media tools/platforms and communication techniques.
