Job Description
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Proven experience (10 years) in software development and application platform services with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong background in software development methodologies (Agile DevOps) with an extensive understanding of the SDLC. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI CircleCI) and practices. Familiarity with observability tools and techniques (e.g. logging monitoring tracing) across distributed systems. Technical proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Java Python JavaScript) and modern technology stacks. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making. Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable particularly within a global context
