Role Description: Pioneer Account Executive
Youll be the driving force behind the GTM motion shaping and executing the sales playbook from the ground up.
Verticals: Renewable Energy (solar wind) Agriculture Environmental Monitoring
ICP:
Project developers (1520 person teams)
Project operators (large multinational enterprises)
Deal Sizes: 7K 25K initial (land); up to 1M (expand)
Deal Cycles: Mid-market to enterprise (26 months typical)
Sales Type:
100% outbound in early stage (LinkedIn cold calls email)
SDR support: 2 working students helping with pipeline gen
Methodology: Iterative/hypothesis-led GTM development highly collaborative with founders
Target: Approx. 500K ARR per year (person wil get a % of every deal he is closing)

Must Haves:
2 years closing experience in B2B SaaS (ideally with SDR experience)
Experience in VC-funded start-ups (beyond 3-person teams)
Tech-savvy and adaptable to start up culture
Nice to Haves:
Startup and scale-up experience
Environmental or impact-driven background
Fluency in additional European languages
Experience in deep tech environments
Salary & Benefits:
140K OTE (50/50 split)
