Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Location: In-Office - Denver CO (NON-REMOTE)

Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $50K-$80K

As a key player in our sales team you will act as a liaison between Gesture and our clients ensuring customer satisfaction and helping the company exceed its sales targets and goals. This is an in-office position based in Denver CO where youll be working in a high-performing sales environment.

If youre a driven sales professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills this role is for you. Youll take ownership of the entire sales processfrom identifying opportunities to closing dealsensuring long-term high-standard relationships with our clients.

Ultimately your contributions will drive an increase in sales while maintaining strong strategic partnerships with our customers.

About the Job:

As a Sales Account Executive at Gesture youll play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our client base. Youll be responsible for managing key accounts prospecting for new business and nurturing strong client relationships in a fast-paced high-performing environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales someone who thrives on exceeding targets and delivering results.

Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams stay ahead of industry trends and be a brand ambassador for Gestures cutting-edge martech solutions. From initial contact through to closing deals youll lead the entire sales process ensuring clients receive exceptional value and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Pitch and close new business while expanding existing client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the teams overall success.
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Bring in prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Stay updated on product/service offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Schedule meetings with clients and address customer inquiries promptly.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales processes and improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive with a proven track record.
  • BA/BSc in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to track and analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Superb analytical and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Experience engaging with customers (a plus!)

Gesture is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $50k-$80k annually in addition to commissions and bonuses. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may vary in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonuses stock options benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
