Amazon Transportation Services Supply Chain Manager:
Location: Seattle Atlanta Nashville or Phoenix

Role Overview: We seek a dynamic self-starting Supply Chain Manager with high attention to detail to improve our transportation services. The role focuses on four key projects within the Less Than Truckload (LTL) business:
new Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) carriers
costs within the 3P Cross Dock (3PXD) program
sustainability efforts
with teams to reduce Off Manifest costs in the LTL network
This position requires working across multiple teams driving projects both independently and collaboratively.
Core Project Ownership:
1.3P Cross Dock Program
oWork with large LTL and Truckload (TL) providers to grow and manage the program
oConduct cost analysis using strong analytical skills
Onboarding
oPartner with major U.S. trucking companies to onboard to Amazon TL and LTL Inbound program
oManage EDI onboarding and carrier setup (2-3 carriers annually)
Class Project
oCollaborate with stakeholders to reduce LTL invoice off manifest within the Off Manifest Reduction project
oNegotiate and implement sustainability language in contracts with major LTL carriers
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial and program data for 3PXD
Identify opportunities in complex fragmented spaces
Develop actionable roadmaps and solutions to complex problems
Write and present business review documents to gain stakeholder alignment
Collaborate effectively across teams to achieve unified goals
Drive significant cost improvements across various aspects of our business
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience in supply chain management or related field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented with project management skills

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2 years of supply chain experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
