You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Senior Manager Procurement Services leads a global procurement service delivery team responsible for category planning and strategy development benchmarking collecting market intelligence managing stakeholders and developing project pipelines. He or she will lead a team of category managers across a defined geography. The services delivered will potentially span across Strategic Sourcing Contracting and Procurement Operations across a variety of Indirect Categories. This role frequently interacts with senior members of the clients organization so he or she must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable leading and participating in discussions across levels and addition he or she is also responsible for creating a positive work environment and fostering cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities / Job Duties
Managing service delivery across geographies with a team of 15 people Ensuring overall program health and performance against metrics Managing overall client relationships and deepening engagement Managing the teams hiring objective setting performance career growth training and competency development Acting as the escalation point for resolving operational and delivery related issues Participating in firm-wide development initiatives across WNS Procurement Collaborate with different teams across WNS Procurement to support solution design with subject matter expertise
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree MBA preferred 15 years of experience across procurement service delivery in one or more areas of strategic sourcing contracting and procurement operations 8 years leading client delivery programs
