Job Description
The Program Manager will work with senior leaders (may include the Managing Director senior directors and General Authorities) in defining and articulating the impact of the designated program as well as identifying the path moving forward to meet the strategic objectives of the department.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Submittable Names Committee Sponsor and Business Lead to do the following:
- Plan and develop scope deliverables required resources budget and timing for new and existing initiatives impacting and influencing Submittable Name growth efforts
- Manage program and project teams and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives to achieve designated objectives
- Analyze evaluate and overcome risks to achieve program results
- Work with Business Lead Subteams and Business Intelligence team to produce presentations and reports for management and other stakeholders
- Working within a council setting identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams develop business value statements create prioritization recommendations and solve problems affecting Submittable Names growth and/or efforts
- Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Create reportable dashboards and frameworks to visualize the Committees work (utilizing a platform such as ) integrating work from Homelands Engineering Product and Engagement
- Council with Business Lead and Sponsor over strategic direction and decisions
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
- 12 years of experience in product management operations leadership or related field or related experience
- or an equivalent combination of education and experience (16 years total).
- Proven competence in leading complex cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional leadership time management facilitation and organizational skills
- Completed PMP REQUIRED.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated experience with successful change management.
- Preference given to those with program management experience.
