You will lead the engineering delivery function with a portfolio of technology products that directly impact customer experience and revenue generation. Accountable for the end-to-end engineering strategy execution and capability uplift across all segments and customer-facing technology platforms.
Leading a large team of technical experts this is a senior people leadership role that clearly articulates strategy to enable deep connection of people to our goals has unwavering focus on people capability and development and drives a strong performance culture. You will have a robust technical background in software development cloud narrative architecture modern digital stacks SecDevOps and SRE practices.
