Job Summary

Our Client is a long-established and highly-regarded Central and Eastern European technology provider specialising in designing building and operating advanced mission-critical software solutions for large international organisations. With over 25 years of history and a team of 600 top-tier software engineers across Europe they are a certified partner for high-stakes industries including Aerospace & Defence Automotive Telecommunications and Financial Services. They hold rigorous quality and security certifications such as NATO AQAP and TISAX.

This specific role involves working with a leading European client to develop and maintain their sophisticated cloud platform. You will be responsible for defining the DevOps architecture and strategy for solutions built primarily on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes. You will be a key player in ensuring that highly available scalable and secure cloud-native architectures are implemented managing the full lifecycle from Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development through to CI/CD and observability. This is a chance to apply your senior expertise to complex enterprise-grade cloud environments.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Technical Product Manager you will be the key link between market needs client strategy and engineering execution. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and own the product vision strategy and roadmap for new and existing AI and highly technical enterprise services ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demand.
  • Rapid PoV Leadership: Lead fast-paced client-facing Proof of Value (PoV) engagements (typically 34 weeks) to rapidly demonstrate the tangible business potential of new AI capabilities.
  • Requirements Translation: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert translating complex technical concepts (such as LLM architectures RAG systems and data flow) into clear actionable requirements user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and research teams.
  • Delivery Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle for enterprise-scale AI platforms ensuring timely and quality delivery while prioritising scalability compliance and security in all technical solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate intensely with engineering data science research and business development teams to ensure technical feasibility and commercial viability for product features.
  • Market Analysis and Positioning: Conduct thorough market competitor and technology trend analysis to refine the products value proposition positioning and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Effectively manage and align expectations across internal and external stakeholders providing transparent communication and driving consensus on product direction and priorities.

Requirements

  • Product Management Experience: Proven track record (5 years) as a Technical Product Manager preferably within the B2B software SaaS or enterprise solutions space.
  • Technical Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms with practical knowledge of modern technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) Generative AI RAG and microservice architecture.
  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to define a product vision create data-backed business cases build strategic roadmaps and measure product success through quantitative KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication negotiation and influencing skills with a proven ability to interface effectively between highly technical teams and executive business leaders/clients.
  • Agile Proficiency: Deep practical experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and using tools like Jira and Confluence for product backlog management.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies including working on pricing packaging and marketing material for technical products.
  • Engineering Empathy: Strong technical background that allows for constructive engagement with engineers on design architecture and technical risk assessment.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous experience in FinTech enterprise automation or digital platform services.
  • Familiarity with cloud security and compliance standards relevant to B2B platforms (e.g. ISO 27001 TISAX)
