Were now looking for a seasoned Product Manager who understands the complexities of healthcare workflows compliance and user-centered design and who thrives in fast-paced Agile environments.
Were Looking For a Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)
As a Senior Product Manager youll play a key role in shaping and scaling digital products used by payers providers and healthcare teams across the US. Youll own end-to-end product lifecycles from discovery and requirements to delivery and iteration and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build experiences that improve patient outcomes and drive business value.
What Youll Be Doing

Own the product lifecycle for complex healthcare applications (clinical claims analytics etc.)

Collaborate with engineering design and data teams to translate business needs into clear actionable requirements

Lead discovery roadmap planning backlog prioritization and sprint refinement activities
-
Work closely with US-based stakeholders (Product Operations Clients) to align features with strategic goals

Write clear user stories acceptance criteria and documentation for internal and external use
-
Drive go-to-market readiness rollout coordination and feedback loops with end users
-
Ensure products meet high standards for data security compliance (HIPAA) and accessibility
-
Use metrics feedback and user research to guide continuous product improvement
What You Bring
-
5 years of experience as a Product Manager in software teams
-
Experience in US Healthcare: EMRs EHRs payers claims data patient engagement or related
-
Strong skills in product discovery agile delivery and backlog management
-
Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and lead cross-functional initiatives
-
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
-
Ability to balance user needs business goals and technical constraints
-
Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Figma Productboard or similar
-
A data-informed mindset: experience using analytics dashboards or qualitative insights to drive decisions
Nice to Have
-
Experience with FHIR HL7 or healthcare data standards

Previous work in B2B or SaaS healthcare platforms
-
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

Experience collaborating with distributed multicultural teams
