General Manager Club Pilates Schererville
Location: 1515 S US 41 Schererville Indiana 46375
Compensation: $40000$ - 50000 per year Uncapped Commissions
Schedule: Full-Time Must be available evenings and weekends

Our Schererville studio is seeking an energetic sales-driven and community-minded General Manager to lead our team grow our membership base and cultivate a vibrant fitness community.
The General Manager is the heartbeat of the studio responsible for driving membership sales building strong relationships with members and creating an engaging inclusive studio culture. Youll oversee lead generation manage the sales process from inquiry to close and execute creative community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and member retention.
This role is ideal for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment loves connecting with people and is motivated by achieving measurable results.
Drive Membership Growth: Convert leads into loyal members through effective outreach follow-up and in-person sales presentations.
Lead Generation: Partner with local businesses host community events and implement digital and grassroots marketing to generate new leads.
Community Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with members local influencers and organizations to grow the studios visibility and community presence.
Sales Leadership: Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive lead management pipeline tracking and team motivation.
Studio Operations: Ensure the studio runs smoothly maintaining high standards of customer service cleanliness and team performance.
Team Development: Hire train and inspire sales associates and instructors to deliver an exceptional member experience.
Proven experience in sales fitness management or hospitality leadership
A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Natural leadership ability and a passion for team development
A people-first attitude with strong emotional intelligence
Comfortable working evenings weekends and flexible hours as needed
