You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Compliance Analyst is responsible for monitoring the organizations adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies through data analysis. This role involves creating compliance dashboards analyzing data to identify trends and potential compliance issues preparing reports on compliance activities and collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitor the organizations adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
Create and maintain Compliance Dashboard to provide real-time insights into compliance status and performance
Utilize data visualization tools to present compliance data in an accessible and actionable format
Analyse data to identify trends anomalies and potential compliance issues
Use statistical methods and data analysis techniques to uncover insights and inform decision-making.
Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings and recommendations for improvement
Support the development of compliance training programs by providing data-driven insights and feedback.
Assist in creating training materials and resources to enhance compliance awareness and knowledge.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the organization
Work closely with IT Legal Risk Management and other teams to gather and analyze compliance-related data.
Bachelors degree in Data Science Business Administration Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis compliance or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau Power BI).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hybrid role in office expectation of 2 days a week.
As this role is part of an international team with members across the world the role may require working outside of normal working business hours for joining team meetings as well as addressing urgent matters or meeting deadlines.
