Who were looking for
As our new Sales & Marketing Analyst (f/m/d/x) you will play a key role in driving business reporting processes and monitoring the performance of our sales teams across our international markets with a focus on Germany Austria and CEE.
If you are passionate about working with numbers turning data into insights and supporting the future of our global sales organisation thats the role for you!
What youll do
- Monitor and control sales performance across our markets with a focus on Germany Austria and CEE.
- Organise and lead regular update meetings to present and discuss reports and performance reviews with key stakeholders.
- Enhance and contribute to our sales forecasting processes in the CRM including reporting and forecast tracking.
- Conduct detailed business reviews and deep-dive analyses of sales performance.
- Contribute to the future global sales performance management and support in business case development for strategic initiatives and product launches
What youll need
- You have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with numbers.
- You are structured organised and able to break down complex topics into actionable insights.
- You are experienced in interpreting and analysing sales data using Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Looker).
- Ideally you have 1 years of experience in business consulting (e.g. EY PwC) or a similar environment.
- You demonstrate good stakeholder management skills.
- You are business fluent in English. German and/or Italian is a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills and thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments.
- You are adaptable a quick learner and ready to take ownership.
Location
Our office is in Milan (Via Borsi 9) but you can also take advantage of our flexible hybrid mode.
