With our intelligent Aira Heat Pump at the heart were making the switch to clean energy-tech easier and more affordable. Helping Europe turn off gas and slashing energy costs one home at a time.
Founded in 2022 and with 1000 employees and counting Aira is driving the clean energy revolution by providing homes with modern clean energy-tech solutions such as solar power battery storage solutions and heat pumps. With a state-of-the-art production facility in Poland an HQ in Stockholm Sweden and hubs across the UK Germany and Italy Aira is well on track to install clean energy-tech into 5 million homes by 2034.
What youll be doing
As Supply Chain Analyst youll help shape the way we work across our continuous growing European organisation. Youll build models define frameworks and support decision-making with structured data insights. Your focus will be turning operational complexity into clear actions identifying improvement opportunities supporting market initiatives and helping local teams scale efficiently. Youll also collaborate closely with all our customer experience and digital product teams to align operational goals with the overall customer journey. Occasional travel to our local markets is expected.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze local Supply Chain operations and identify oppurunities to improve efficiency and performance.
Drive implementation of identified opportunities best practices and synergies together with the market organisations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with market teams customer experience and product.
What youll bring to the role
We believe youre a structured and curious problem-solver with strong business acumen. You thrive in a fast-changing environment can navigate ambiguity and enjoy collaborating across functions to get things done.
You likely have:
- 35 years of experience in roles such as business analyst finance analyst or management consultant
- Proven skills in financial/business modelling and translating analysis into action
- Experience working with operational teams in an international setting
- Academic degree in finance business supply chain or related field
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g. Italian German French Polish Spanish) are a plus
- Background in supply chain logistics or procurement is a plus
- Experience working in D365 is a plus
