- Shift: 12 HR Nights 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Compensation: Based on experience
Essential Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth patient and family assessments to identify care needs.
- Develop implement and regularly evaluate individualized care plans.
- Modify care strategies based on patient response and outcomes.
- Establish therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Advocate for patients by integrating their values and preferences into care planning.
- Educate patients families staff and community members to promote informed health decisions.
- Identify learning needs and provide appropriate education regularly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and community partners to optimize patient care.
- Appropriately delegate tasks and monitor follow-up to ensure quality.
- Utilize critical thinking and creative problem-solving in complex care situations.
- Prioritize safety efficiency and patient-centered care in all decisions.

Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Field of Study: Nursing
- Current and valid RN license (Texas state).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
