Job Summary
Job Description: Emergency Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in emergency settings.
- Assess patients conditions and accurately document vital signs and medical histories.
- Collaborate with the medical team to create and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and response to treatment.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in accordance with hospital standards.
- Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing skills.
- Contribute to departmental meetings and share insights on patient care.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of clinical experience in emergency nursing.
- Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Experience in triage and critical care nursing is a plus.
