The Primary Health Care Worker will oversee staff and beneficiary wellness through internal and external collaboration along with doing all administration requirements necessary.
Required Skills:
Staff and Beneficiaries Wellness:
- Conduct blood pressure diabetes and HIV screenings once a year for employees and once per quarter for Candidates.
- Conduct BMI and height screenings for staff and candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct health awareness talks as per the year plan.
- Participate in the Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
- Respond to minor injuries and provide the required care.
Administration:
- Submit weekly highlights and monthly report to the Social Worker.
- Submit the health screening statistics to the Data Capturer after each health intervention.
- Capturer correctly any incidences that have taken place along with collection of all the evidence needed and make appropriate referrals.
- File accordingly all incidence reports for record keeping.
- Submit weekly highlight report to the Social Worker.
External and Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with external relevant stakeholders such as government clinics and blood donation group to keep abreast with effective methods of interventions.
