Director of Corporates

Barbican/Hybrid (2-3 days per week) Permanent Full Time

Competitive salary depending on experience

About the Role

As Director of Corporates you will lead the vision strategy and commercial delivery of our corporate health services. Youll work with businesses of all sizesboth directly and through key partners such as brokers and insurersto provide impactful tailored wellbeing solutions.

We currently partner with thousands of organisations to support their employees through comprehensive health assessments and for some clients we also offer on-site gym facilities.

Our ambition is to bring together the full breadth of Nuffields services to deliver innovative reliable and compelling solutions that enhance workforce wellbeing. In this role youll collaborate closely across Nuffield to help realise that vision.

This is a senior leadership position with accountability for both revenue growth and service excellence in the corporate segment. Youll be at the forefront of innovation working cross-functionally to develop bespoke propositions that improve employee wellbeing while delivering measurable value to our clients.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead growth strategy across the corporate market identifying and securing new opportunities partnerships and propositions.

  • Develop compelling market-leading offerings working closely with internal teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with client needs.

  • Own the end-to-end sales and relationship lifecycle from pitch and pricing to contracting and delivery oversight.

  • Build and maintain strategic account plans for key clients and intermediaries to drive retention expansion and long-term value.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and commercial excellence.

  • Act as a strategic voice in new proposition development ensuring client-centric innovation.

About You

To thrive in this role youll bring:

  • Proven success in leading B2B commercial and relationship teams ideally in health insurance wellbeing or professional services.

  • Strong track record in solution-based selling client development and closing complex high-value deals.

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align business goals and client needs into scalable propositions.

  • Confident communication and influencing skills both internally and externally with experience negotiating senior-level contracts.

  • A collaborative outcome-driven mindset with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
