Your Role:
Work closely with senior recruiters to source and screen top IT talent
Handle job requirements application tracking and interview coordination
Understand Tech Stacks Job descriptions and Client Expectations
Support Non-IT role hiring also.
Keep recruitment trackers databases and reports up-to-date.
Learn and grow in a fast-paced tech recruitment environment.
What We re Looking For:
6 months experience in recruitment preferably with IT roles
Familiarity with tech profiles (Developers QA DevOps etc.)
Strong communication skills and a hunger to learn.
Bachelors degree in HR / Business / IT or related field (preferred).

Stipend -: 10K - 15K / Month (Depends upon the interview)
Working Days -: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays will be Off)
