- Training organization and preparation
- Organization of onboarding process and onboarding trainer for HR topics
- Trainings administrative tasks such as: opening trainings in the LMS platform maintain the records and closing in the LMS system
- Organization of different Training initiatives and events
- Update of yearly training calendar and training history
- maintain the records of training plans of associates
Support in recruitment processes
- Creating job advertisements and resume screening
- Developing an active pool of candidates
- Conducting interviews and participating in the assessment process
- Providing feedback to candidates
- Gathering employment documentation
- Collaboration with employment agencies and participating in job fairs
Qualifications :
- Recent graduate or last year student of Social Sciences or Faculty of Organizational Sciences
- Basic Excell skills
- Proactive and structured work
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Fluency in English
