Job Title : Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
Job Type : C2C / W2
Experience : 8- 12 Years
Location : San Jose California
Responsibilities:
- Should have 10 15 Years of total experience & 7 Years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Application.
- Should have completed at least 5 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM especially on Core HR Benefits Oracle Recruitment Cloud Workforce compensation Modules.
- Expertise in functional Requirement gathering skills analysis fit gap solutions Fusion HCM Configurations workarounds
- In-depth Understanding of delivered Integration methodologies and interfaces- HDL Web services PaaS Integrations 3rd Party Integrations.
- Expertise on Fast Formulae Personalizations Data Extracts BIP Reports Dashboards HDL Extracts Redwood enablement.
- In-depth understanding of - History Data Conversion History Data Loading/migration
- In-depth understanding of the security process in Fusion Apps.
- Good Documentation skills ASIS Functional Specifications/Design Business Requirements Process Flows Test Scenarios User Manuals Training documents SOP
- Should have experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end-to-end business processes.
- Should be knowledgeable in using Test Management Tools Change management tools and other project management tools
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing with clients
- Should be well-versed with Cloud Implementations upgrades and maintenance methodologies
- Experience on Coexistence scenario implementation - Fusion apps with another ERP application such as Oracle eBiz is a bonus.
- Should be able to perform his/her duties independently
- Should have Good Communication Skills (verbal & written)
- Should have worked with Global clients any experience with US Clientele is good to have.
