Job Description

As a member of our SolutionConsulting team you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting our Service OperationsSales. You will supportand partner with our Mid-Atlantic & South Solution Consulting team Sales teamProductManagement and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.

What you get to do in this role: The Service Ops Solution Consultanthas the advanced ability to position a better together story for Service Management Technology Operations and DevOpssolutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned area.

In this role you will:

Partner with the core sales team as the technical expertfor ITOM sales helping to drive land and expand motions with Pro and Enterprise solutions

Ideate build and execute targeted Pipeline generation campaigns including but not limited to Webinars Customer Labs Customer Business Reviews and specialized demos for ITOM solutions.

Lead discovery workshops to determine customers challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs

Guide customers into deeper adoption of Professional and Enterprise Solutions helping to reduce backlog and accelerating time to value

Answer product feature and technical questions from customers channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues

Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements thatcanaddress customer needs and provide additional value

Shareand learnbest practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team

Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation to fluently articulate the imperative of Service Ops and ITOM in a digital first strategy

Support events including pipeline campaigns executive briefings conferences user groups and trade shows for Service Ops


Qualifications :

In order toqualify for and be successful in this roleyou should have: 

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 2 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in the customer service field service or CRM software industry 
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions 
  • Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide a solution to address the customers business issue 
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn  
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to perform without being told what to do 
  • Ability to prioritize task and be efficient to minimize wasted effort 
  • Proven ability to live up to commitments while maintaining integrity and focus on details 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts 

  

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $82575 - $128025 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
