Co-plan coteach co-assess and co-reflect with assigned Sheltered Content Immersion (SCI) core-academic teacher(s)Teach explicit ELD to students at varying English Proficiency levels aligned to WIDA Can Dos Develop and refine in-district ESL content-integrated curriculum maps aligned to the MA Frameworks and WIDA 2020 of ELs: ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 Administer and grade EL department common progress monitoring assessments and adjust practice to ensure student growth in the four domains of language: listening speaking reading and implement and consistently monitor language goals and objectives for students following the English learner frameworks and keep parents informed about student language development with SEI teachers to implement explicit ELD and SEI instruction aligned to the students regularly with EL families via email face-to-face meetings and communication apps (i.e. TalkingPoints etc) and participate in school-based parent engagement with the EL Coordinator/building administration on budget and purchase orders based on the instruction of with the IEP Team and Special Education Team Chair to discuss ELSWDs culturally and linguistically relevant IEP development accommodations and modifications aligned with ELs language proficiency level and a member of the EL department complete required annual tasks aligned to the EL Department Sustainable Improvement Plan (ELDSIP)Provide a positive structured learning environmentAbility to actively collaborate with other members of the department and team
