Verification & Client Communication:
Follow check and call new and old FTDs to complete the verification process.
Conduct verification of professional confirmations.
Task Management & Communication:
Handle requests and inquiries from Telegram and Slack groups in all brands.
Ensure smooth and efficient handling of verification-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of verification processes and updates.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with team members sales agents and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.
Provide timely updates on verification progress and challenges.
Assist in improving verification procedures for enhanced efficiency and compliance..
