Reablement Support Worker 8406 Permanent contract 11409 to 12160 per annum (Scale E) 16.5 hours per week Greyfriars House Great Yarmouth
Working pattern over two weeks including weekends and bank holidays.

The vacant post is 16.5 hours per week working in Winterton Caister Hemsby and surrounding areas. You will work a range of mornings(either 7.30am to 2pm or 8am to 2.30pm) and evenings (either 4.30 to 9pm or 5 to 10pm) with the hours averaged out over a two-week rota enabling you to plan in advance to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
You need to be caring empathetic and committed to making a difference to peoples lives with the ability to easily commute to peoples homes in East Norfolk so will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
