JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This is a newly created opportunity due to Greystars expansion in the Australian market into Student Accommodation. We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales & Leasing Manager to lead the leasing strategy for rapidly expanding student accommodation portfolio. This pivotal role focuses on driving occupancy revenue performance and seamless student experiences from inquiry to move-in as well as managing high-performing teams and third-party agent relationships.JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead and execute the sales and leasing strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Manage the central sales team across all communication channels and systems.
Oversee third-party agent relationships and international agent performance.
Champion world-class customer service through the entire leasing journey.
Monitor market trends pricing and competitor activity; deliver insights to optimize strategy.
Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure brand accuracy and impactful campaigns.
Support property teams on lease renewals resident engagement and data reporting.
Regularly review the end-to-end leasing experience for continuous improvement.
Provide training process documentation and leadership to enhance team performance.
Produce regular leasing reports and performance updates for senior leadership.
What you will bring:
A bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in sales marketing or property-related fields.
Proven success in driving sales/leasing performance within the property or real estate sector.
Experience managing teams and delivering operational excellence in customer-focused environments.
Exceptional interpersonal written and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and data management capabilities (CRM PMS systems).
A collaborative spirit strategic mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Additional languages highly desirable for international student interactions.
