Work Experience:
- 4 to 6 years experience as a Team Lead in any voice LOBs (preferably in Retail domain)
Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: This includes tasks like recruitment training performance evaluations scheduling and addressing employee concerns.
- Customer Relations: Assistant Managers often interact with customers handle complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Operational Support: They might be involved in inventory management maintaining store standards ensuring safety and contributing to the overall efficiency of the business.
- Communication and Coordination: They act as a bridge between management and staff relaying information implementing procedures and facilitating communication.
