We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive/Business Development Officer to drive growth in the government (B2G) and semi-government (B2B2G) sectors. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities build strong relationships and oversee project while achieving revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government bodies (Urban & Rural Local Bodies) and semi-government organizations.
- Conduct market research to explore trends potential clients and competitive dynamics.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals presentations and sales strategies.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with government officials corporate clients and local bodies.
- Represent the company in meetings conferences and networking events.
- Act as the primary contact for clients ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
3. Project & Coordination
- Manage and oversee project implementation ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
- Monitor project performance and profitability suggesting improvements as needed.
4. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets through client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
5. Strategic Partnerships & Networking
- Develop partnerships with public sector units (PSUs) and align with CSR initiatives to drive business impact.
- Attend networking events to foster relationships and identify growth opportunities.
6. Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain detailed records of activities interactions and project progress using CRM tools.
- Leverage CRM analytics to track performance and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Automate routine tasks and enhance client engagement using CRM solutions.
7. Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure business activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
- Stay informed about government regulations impacting business operations.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development 2-4 years) with a focus on B2G/B2B2G sectors.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and design effective strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Regional language proficiency is a plus.
