The Business Development Executive Field Marketing will be responsible for on-field dealer development and B2B marketing activities across India. Each executive will manage a specific regional territory (North West East or South Zone) to expand dealer networks generate new business opportunities and promote the companys brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives and events.
This role involves extensive travel proactive communication and relationship-building with dealers distributors and channel partners to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
1. Territory Development
Travel extensively (approximately 25 days per month) within the assigned zone.
Identify develop and strengthen dealer and distributor networks across target territories.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure consistent business growth.
2. Dealer Engagement
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing dental dealers.
Demonstrate product features provide samples and invite prospects for factory visits.
Facilitate dealership agreements and ensure proper documentation and onboarding.
3. Brand Promotion & Marketing Events
Represent the company in domestic trade fairs exhibitions and regional marketing events.
Drive on-ground brand visibility through promotional activities roadshows and collaborations.
Generate qualified business leads and achieve predefined sales and marketing targets.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Collect and submit detailed market feedback and competitor intelligence reports.
Analyze trends pricing and dealer satisfaction to recommend improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams for post-sales support and service follow-ups.
Extensive travel required (air train and bus).
All travel expenses including hotel stay food and logistics are covered by the company.

Education: Any degree (Bachelors or Masters in Business / Marketing preferred).
Experience: Minimum 23 years in B2B sales or field marketing preferably in the medical dental or healthcare sector.
Languages:
Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).
Regional language proficiency (Tamil Telugu Kannada Malayalam Marathi or Gujarati) is advantageous.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in dealer/distributor relationship management.
Confident public speaking and product presentation ability.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and follow-ups.
