Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

A dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive is sought to spearhead sales and business development initiatives within Ghana while leveraging opportunities across the wider African landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local market a strong business acumen and a proven track record in B2B salesparticularly within SaaS or technology-driven role involves identifying new business opportunities managing key accounts driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of tailored solutions. The Sales Executive will also lead bid and tender processes collaborate with internal teams and play a critical role in expanding the companys market presence.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify develop and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess their needs.

  • Present demonstrate and promote products or services to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.

  • Prepare cost estimates technical proposals and commercial bids in response to client requirements.

  • Manage the sales bid process including responding to RFIs and RFPs.

  • Analyze and respond to tender documents addressing functional and technical specifications.

  • Support the sales team in qualifying leads and maintaining updated sales documentation and collateral.

  • Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms and conditions for both the client and company.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and contracts.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts reports and market intelligence to management.

  • Stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and emerging market opportunities.

  • Participate in sales meetings conferences and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM tools to manage sales operations effectively.



Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS sales or business development.

  • Strong background in B2B sales with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to handle bid and tender processes efficiently.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • An MBA or Masters degree in Business is an added advantage.
