HubSpot CRM & Pipeline Management
Manage HubSpot for the sales team ensuring data accuracy proper workflows and smooth integration with marketing and client service.
Design and refine pipeline stages deal fields SLAs and automation processes.
Manage lead scoring and qualification logic to ensure seamless MQL SQL Opportunity transitions.
Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline health lead sources conversions and revenue forecasts.
Identify and fix bottlenecks to improve efficiency and deal velocity.
Sales Support & Coordination
Prepare proposals presentations and follow-up materials for high-value prospects.
Coordinate meetings agendas and next steps to maintain deal momentum.
Oversee sales documentation file management and client onboarding handoffs.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze funnel and campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
Deliver reports on CPL CAC conversion rates and forecast accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date dashboards and source of truth scorecards for leadership.
Client Engagement & Outreach
Manage outreach and follow-ups through HubSpot sequences email and LinkedIn.
Support client engagement initiatives that move opportunities forward.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and monitor engagement metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations marketing and client success teams for smooth handoffs.
Share front-line insights to improve messaging targeting and customer experience.
Contribute ideas to optimize the client acquisition journey.
Must-Haves
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Analytics or a related field.
13 years of experience in sales support CRM management or data-driven sales/marketing.
Strong proficiency with HubSpot (pipeline management reporting workflows).
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication organization and stakeholder management.
Self-starter detail-oriented and comfortable in a remote fast-paced environment.
Availability to work 9:00 AM 5:00 PM ET.
Nice to Have
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Microsoft Office 365 Google Workspace Zoom Calendly Fireflies or similar tools.
Basic BI or spreadsheet skills (pivot tables calculated fields or SQL).

Required Skills:
5 years of UX/UI design experience with a focus on B2B SaaS products. Expertise in designing complex systems workflows and integrations. Proven success collaborating directly with engineering teams. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-user and multi-role application designs. Experience in sales/marketing-oriented design is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present design decisions.
