KINNECT is expanding in Western Australia and were looking for a 3rd Team Manager to step into a leadership role. Youll work alongside two experienced and supportive managers who will help you transition confidently into the role and feel at home within the team.
This is a rare opportunitywhether youre a seasoned Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant ready to take the next step or a current Workplace Rehab Manager seeking greater autonomy this role offers the chance to lead grow your career and make a meaningful impact with a nationally recognised provider.
As a Team Manager you will:
- Lead & Mentor: Guide and support your team to deliver exceptional care and grow professionally.
- Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards across physical and psychological case management.
- Drive Performance: Share accountability for your clinics financial outcomes through effective leadership and strategic input.

What Were Looking For
- Experience: 24 years in Workplace Rehabilitation with strong return-to-work case management skills.
- Leadership Potential: Previous management experience is a plus but not essentialwell help you grow.
- OH Knowledge: Familiarity with Occupational Health frameworks is ideal (training provided).
- Registration: Accredited with AHPRA ESSA or ASORC.
- People Skills: Ability to connect with injured workers employers and insurers to achieve sustainable RTW outcomes.
