- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual management accounts with variance analysis.
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts in collaboration with business units.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability.
- Conduct cost analysis pricing reviews and margin analysis.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.
- Assist in strategic planning and decision support through financial modelling.
- Present financial insights to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting standards and practices.
Requirements
- CIMA Finalist (Advanced level or Strategic level).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a management accounting or similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP Oracle QuickBooks).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of accuracy attention to detail and analytical thinking.
