Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team in Denver CO. In this role you will support the execution of internal and external communication initiatives ensuring consistency clarity and alignment with the companys goals. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for strategic messaging.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support internal and external communications efforts.
Draft edit and distribute press releases newsletters and announcements.
Collaborate with departments to ensure unified messaging across channels.
Assist in the development and maintenance of communication materials and resources.
Monitor and respond to inquiries from media partners and stakeholders.
Track and report communication performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Support planning and logistics for company events presentations and meetings.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in a communications or coordination role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel).
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
