Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. This role involves planning managing and executing a variety of events from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure every event exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including timelines budgets and logistics.
Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
Source and negotiate with vendors venues and suppliers.
Oversee event setup execution and breakdown.
Ensure compliance with safety health and legal regulations.
Manage on-site event staff and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate records budgets and post-event evaluations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field preferred.
Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
