Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Communications Advisor to join our this role you will be responsible for managing communication channels between our clients and service teams ensuring that all inquiries updates and issues are addressed promptly and professionally. You will play a key role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and supporting operational success.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for service-related communications.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal systems.
Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely delivery of updates and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of communications and service activities.
Provide clear and concise information to clients regarding service timelines requirements and progress.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in service communications.
Prepare and distribute service reports as required.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Business Administration or related field preferred.
2 years of experience in a customer service or communications role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
