Job Description
Skilled Project Manager with hands-on experience overseeing construction projects from planning to execution ensuring timelines and quality standards are met with the added capability to prepare and review shop drawings accurately.
Tasks
Execute and oversee interior design works including shop and space design to meet brand and functional requirements.
Plan schedule and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with contractors engineers and site teams to ensure work aligns with project specifications.
Review and prepare shop drawings for structural architectural and MEP components.
Monitor site progress ensuring adherence to timelines safety standards and quality requirements.
Identify and resolve issues on-site to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations codes and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and verify that materials and workmanship meet required standards.
Document project activities including progress reports meeting notes and change orders.
