Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Preparation and planning of quantitative and qualitative user research and testing activities for projects;
- Carrying out quantitative and qualitative user research and testing activities for projects;
- Evaluation of user surveys as well as synthesis of the results;
- Idea generation and creation of first rough concepts;
- Supporting in human centered design solutions and developing concepts;
- Presentation of project results and implementation of workshops;
- Project management of comprehensive UX projects (UX phases 1-4).
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education & Experience:
- Academic background and trainings for specific knowledge and skills in the field of UX Research;
- Proven experience in UX projects applying Human-Centered Design (HCD) process and Design Thinking methodologies;
- Demonstrated know-how and competencies in UX expertise field (e.g. user research methods and quality criteria for UX target states).
Personality & Working Methods:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely present research findings to diverse audiences (e.g. designers developers product managers stakeholders);
- Proactive results-oriented and able to work independently while contributing to team goals;
- Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies;
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a passion for understanding user behavior.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
