- Providing comprehensive reception desk service including ordering repairs ensuring efficient office space organization and maintaining contact with the building administrator
- Organization of domestic business trips
- Ensuring proper document flow
- Managing meetings and corporate events
- Organizing purchases (necessary office and food supplies)
- Collaborating with other internal departments on assigned tasks
- Supporting other administrative activities
