Role Overview
The Nosto CRO Specialist will be responsible for enhancing customer experience and driving online revenue growth through personalization data-driven optimization and experimentation. You will manage the implementation of Nosto for onsite personalization and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies that improve engagement conversion and retention across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Nosto Management & Personalization
- Configure maintain and optimize Nosto campaigns for product recommendations pop-ups content personalization and triggered emails.
- Leverage customer segmentation and behavioral data to deliver personalized shopping experiences.
- Analyze Nosto performance reports and make data-backed recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive brand alignment in all personalized content.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve website conversion metrics.
- Analyze user behavior funnel performance and key KPIs to identify drop-off points and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to execute website enhancements based on testing outcomes.
- Manage heat mapping session recording and analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar Google Analytics GA4) to support CRO initiatives.
Data & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain detailed performance reports highlighting Nosto results CRO test outcomes and actionable insights.
- Present optimization findings and recommendations to stakeholders in regular review meetings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing e-commerce and creative teams to align personalization and optimization strategies with broader brand campaigns.
- Work closely with IT/development teams to ensure technical feasibility and seamless integration of personalization features.
Requirements
Essential
- 2 years experience in e-commerce optimization digital marketing or website personalization.
- Hands-on experience with Nosto (or similar personalization platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Google Analytics GA4 Hotjar or equivalent tools.
- Proven experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong project management abilities.
Desirable
- Experience in fashion retail or e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for testing and implementation purposes.
- Understanding of UX principles and customer journey mapping.
