Research and identify potential leads through online sources databases and social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Apollo ZoomInfo etc.)
Generate qualified leads through email campaigns cold calling and social media outreach
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems (e.g. Zoho CRM HubSpot Salesforce)
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to support demand generation and campaign efforts
Track daily/weekly lead generation metrics and report progress to the sales manager
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead opportunities
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
12 years of experience in lead generation inside sales or business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho CRM HubSpot or similar)
Good understanding of sales funnels email marketing tools and lead nurturing techniques
Ability to meet targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and research skills
