Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online sources databases and social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Apollo ZoomInfo etc.)

  • Generate qualified leads through email campaigns cold calling and social media outreach

  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems (e.g. Zoho CRM HubSpot Salesforce)

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support demand generation and campaign efforts

  • Track daily/weekly lead generation metrics and report progress to the sales manager

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead opportunities


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field

  • 12 years of experience in lead generation inside sales or business development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho CRM HubSpot or similar)

  • Good understanding of sales funnels email marketing tools and lead nurturing techniques

  • Ability to meet targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and research skills
