Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 am to 3 pm Texas (CST)
Paid hours per week: 25 Hours

- Lead local SEO initiatives to dominate search results in target markets
- Audit and optimize directory listings across all major platforms for maximum consistency
- Implement advanced on-page SEO strategies to improve website performance and user experience
- Develop and execute comprehensive backlink acquisition campaigns
- Perform technical SEO audits and backend optimizations to enhance site architecture
- Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all online business directories and citations
- Analyze SEO performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven track record in local SEO with measurable results in competitive markets
- Advanced knowledge of on-page optimization techniques and technical SEO best practices
- Demonstrated experience in successful backlink building and digital PR strategies
- Proficiency with industry-leading SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working independently while maintaining high standards and accountability
- Knowledge of the construction/home services industry SEO landscape preferred
