We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist in updating and maintaining information in our digital systems. This is an easy-task work-from-home role suited for individuals who are comfortable working independently and enjoy repetitive tasks. Accuracy and consistency are more important than speed.
Key Responsibilities:
Input data from various sources into company databases or spreadsheets
Verify and correct data where necessary
Organize and maintain digital records and files
Perform regular quality checks on entered data
Follow guidelines and procedures for data entry tasks
Communicate with team members for clarification or updates
Meet basic productivity and accuracy standards
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills especially in Excel or Google Sheets
Good typing speed (35 WPM) and accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
No previous experience required training provided
