Account Manager - EU Institutions

We work with over 50 government departments and 60 public agencies across Europe and were looking for an Account Manager to help grow our presence in Brussels.

Your Role

As an Account Manager youll play a key role in developing and managing existing client accounts with a primary focus on our time and means IT staffing and consultancy services for the European Institutions. You will:

• Manage the full sales cycle: from identifying new opportunities and qualifying client needs to managing the request processes securing contracts and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Drive recruitment efforts: in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team find and attract top-tier candidates aligning the right talent with the right opportunities.
• Build lasting partnerships: establish strong trust-based relationships with existing and potential clients always ensuring high satisfaction and added value.
• Support your consultants: ensure a smooth onboarding regular follow-ups evaluations and career development planning for the experts assigned to your accounts.

Qualifications :

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Commercial Engineering HR).
• You have a proven track record in recruitment account management or business developmentideally in an IT staffing context.
• Youre a people-person with a keen eye for matching talent to client needs.
• You enjoy working in international and multicultural settings.
• You are self-motivated resilient and a team player who inspires those around you.
• You build and maintain networks effortlesslywith both clients and candidates.
• You are fluent in English; French and other European languages are strong assets.
