JOB DESCRIPTION Account Executive Spain (Mid-Market)

Location: Paris (on-site with up to 2 remote days/month)
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Language Requirements: Spanish native fluent English

Context & Opportunity

As part of their European expansion the company is launching its presence in Spain and is hiring one of its first Account Executives for this new market. Youll play a pivotal role in opening and growing the region selling into mid-market companies (10 to 2500 employees) with an average deal size of 10k and short sales cycles ( 90 days).

Youll join a high-performance sales team headquartered in Paris working closely with sales leadership and contributing to the go-to-market strategy for Spain.

Your Mission

Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing and help shape the companys strategy in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline generation through outbound prospecting: calls email LinkedIn events etc.

  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and position tailored solutions

  • Deliver product demos and guide prospects through the proof-of-concept phase

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with mid-market stakeholders (including CISOs and CIOs)

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Bring local market insights to product and marketing teams


Ideal Candidate

  • 23 years of B2B sales experience in fast-paced environments

  • Experience in both outbound BDR roles and full-cycle AE roles

  • Comfortable selling to C-level stakeholders ideally in tech or cybersecurity

  • Driven autonomous and curious with a doer mentality and appetite for learning

  • Full professional proficiency in English and native in Spanish

  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate (on-site culture)

  • Bonus: Passion for cybersecurity or previous exposure to security tech


Reporting & Team

  • Reports to: VP Sales

  • Collaborates with: Sales Team Lead Customer Success Product Marketing

  • HQ in Paris (Le Marais) hybrid work possible 2x/month

Hiring Process

  2. Sales fit with VP Sales (45 min to 1h - on-site)

  3. Role play with Team Lead in Spanish (1h - video or on-site)
