Join a top-tier BPO consultancy in Krakow as an HR Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping employee experience streamlining HR processes and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced international environment.

What youll do:
Evaluate and enhance organizational processes and performance through analysis and insights
Provide timely updates and reports to senior leadership on projects and initiatives
Ensure full compliance with employment laws internal policies and regulatory standards
Support cross-functional teams while proactively mitigating employment-related risks
Offer expert guidance on employee relations workplace practices and HR policies
What youll bring:
Native/fluent English (C1) both written and spoken
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
Background in BPO shared services or high-volume environments preferred
Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on people management
Experience with HRIS systems and modern recruitment tools
Ability to coach mentor and inspire teams in a fast-paced setting
Strong data interpretation and reporting capabilities
Solid understanding of employment legislation and labor agreements
