About You
Leading our People Operations Team youll be delivering high-quality timely and customer-focused core HR services. This role is central to creating a seamless and positive employee experience from hire to retire ensuring we meet our KPIs uphold service standards and continuously improve our processes.
Youll drive service excellence by working collaboratively across the council reviewing processes for efficiency implementing performance measures and ensuring that customer focus remains at the heart of our delivery. Youll support the Head of People Operations in shaping and implementing strategies that improve employee and line manager journeys while embedding strong governance and compliance practices.
